Using NEO SALE

By creating an account you agree to use the platform lawfully and to keep your login credentials secure. Customers may browse, search, and save offers. Merchants may publish offers subject to admin approval and their subscription plan limits.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, prices, validity dates, and any verification documents submitted. Offers that are misleading or violate these terms may be rejected or removed.

Offers & availability

Offers are time-limited and subject to availability at the merchant. NEO SALE is a discovery platform and is not a party to the transaction between a customer and a merchant.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
